Exchanges Policy

Returns & Exchanges

At DOOMBEAST, we want you to love your purchase. While we don't accept returns, we understand that sometimes sizes or styles might not be exactly what you expected. Therefore, we offer exchanges for our shirts under the following conditions:

Exchanges:

  • We gladly offer exchanges for regular-priced shirts if initiated within 30 days of your order.
  • The shirt to be exchanged must be unworn and unwashed.
  • If the desired exchange item is 'out of stock', please email us for assistance.


Steps to Exchange:

  1. Place a New Order: Begin by ordering the desired item on our website. Ensure you make a note of this new order number.

  2. Prepare Your Original Item for Return: Include a note with both your original and new order numbers. Consider wrapping your shirt in tissue paper or a bag to protect it during transit.

  3. Send It Back: Ship your item back to us with the provided address.

    Please note: UPS does not deliver to PO boxes, so we recommend using USPS for returns.

Refunds:
Once we receive your original item in satisfactory condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged), we will process a refund to the same payment method you originally used. Please be aware that we will not process refunds for items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage. Additionally, refunds won't be processed if a new exchange order hasn't been placed.
